Insert the post through your piercing from the back, flat side against your skin. Then screw the top (stone/decorative end) clockwise onto the post from the front. What is the difference between internally threaded and threadless flat back earrings?
Internally threaded means the threading (screw) is inside the post — so nothing rough enters your piercing. Threadless means the top is held in by a slight bend in the pin.
