There is a return period of 14 days from the delivery of the product within which the customer should notify Swiss Hyper of the exchange or refund. In the event of non-conformity of the product sold, Swiss Hyper’s warranty is limited to the return of the product, and refund of the product or exchange. The customer pays the costs of returning the product to Swiss Hyper, including shipping cost and any possible customs duties.

 In case of return, email us first at info@swisshyper.com and inform us about the return, with a description of the product or products concerned. Then the jewelry has to be returned by the customer unworn and unopened in its original packaging (for hygiene and safety reasons), and the customer must include the receipt of the purchase, the return label, and a request for a refund or an exchange. Swiss Hyper will process the refund within 15 days after the returned product has been received by Swiss Hyper. The return will be transferred to the payment method used by the customer when placing the order on this website.
