Titanium : All our earrings are made in ASTM F-136, which is a biocompatible, implant grade titanium that is commonly used in the medical industry. Due to its hypoallergenic properties, titanium is often used to make body implants such as metal screws and plates. Being biocompatible, the body is not likely to reject the metal or become allergic to it, which is what other metals such as brass, stainless steel, sterling silver and even surgical steel often do.
