Titanium : All our earrings are made in ASTM F-136, which is a biocompatible, implant grade titanium that is commonly used in the medical industry. Due to its hypoallergenic properties, titanium is often used to make body implants such as metal screws and plates. Being biocompatible, the body is not likely to reject the metal or become allergic to it, which is what other metals such as brass, stainless steel, sterling silver and even surgical steel often do.
Special PVD coating: Our special 18K gold PVD coating gives the earrings their luxurious look but at the same time keeping the earring hypoallergenic – because the pin, backer and areas in direct contact with the pierced skin are not coated, just pure titanium, so you can enjoy earrings that does not irritate or itch.
